TRADE SURPLUS

Reduced-price building materials, fittings and free samples, with plenty to offer for home projects, art, craft, model-making and school work.

Everything on this page is stock that belongs to Furzedown Builders Ltd. It’s either manufacturer’s samples sent to us by suppliers, or materials we bought ourselves with our own money. None of it belongs to a customer, and no customer has paid for it.

Items are described as accurately as we can, including any marks or wear. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. You can collect from us in south London, or choose delivery where it’s offered.

Please note these are building materials, not toys. Some items have sharp edges or are heavy, so children should be supervised when handling them.
