Pretoria Road - Downstairs WC
This compact downstairs WC on Pretoria Road was in urgent need of attention, with persistent damp issues making the space both impractical and uninviting. We carried out a full renovation, stripping the room back and rebuilding with moisture-resistant materials, improved ventilation, and a layout that makes the most of the narrow footprint. The result is a warm, dry and usable space that now feels thoughtfully designed, rather than just an afterthought.
To bring it to life, we introduced soft grey tones on the walls, paired with a statement dark accent behind the toilet to create depth and interest. Natural stone-style flooring adds a touch of sophistication, while the compact wood-effect vanity unit and warm wall lighting above the basin make the space feel both cosy and functional. It’s proof that even the smallest rooms can have the biggest transformation.
