Loft Conversion – South London
This project involved the conversion of an existing loft space into a fully integrated living area, including a main bedroom, en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and a nursery room. The works required careful structural planning to maximise usable space while ensuring the new layout connected naturally with the rest of the house.
The renovation included the installation of aluminium Crittall-style doors with reeded glass, large aluminium sliding windows to bring in natural light, and bespoke internal finishes throughout. As part of the works, we designed and hand-built new bannisters to match the existing stair details in the property, ensuring continuity between the original house and the newly created space.
All structural works, coordination of trades and on-site management were handled by our in-house team, resulting in a finished loft conversion that feels like a seamless extension of the home rather than a separate addition.
