Garage Renovation & Structural Upgrade Project

This project involved the complete renovation of a severely dilapidated garage that required specialist asbestos removal before any construction work could begin.

We first arranged for the safe and compliant removal of asbestos-containing materials, working with licensed specialists to ensure the site was cleared and certified before progressing. Once complete, the garage was fully stripped back, allowing us to rebuild a new, secure structure from the ground up.

The renovated garage was insulated and made fully watertight, with new internal electrics installed, including sockets, lighting, and rooflights to introduce natural daylight. Externally, the structure was finished with durable composite cladding, providing a modern appearance and long-term protection from the elements.

The result is a safe, robust, and highly functional garage space, transformed from an unsafe structure into a secure, weatherproof, and usable building.
