Full Home Renovation – South London
This project began as a planned decoration of the loft space with a small number of additional works, but following further investigation it developed into a full house renovation. During the early stages, we identified structural issues within the loft area and opportunities to improve space and layout throughout the property.
The scope of works expanded to include lowering the loft floor to improve head height and the overall sense of space, rebuilding structurally unsound loft walls, and carrying out a full refurbishment of the home. This included two bathroom renovations and a WC, full re-plastering throughout, a complete rewire, installation of new windows across the property, a new kitchen, and the creation of a side extension. The house was fully redecorated on completion.
Alongside the construction works, we managed the full project process, including planning permission, structural engineering input, party wall matters and building control. We also coordinated the day-to-day running of the project, covering design development, materials procurement, waste management and site logistics, ensuring the build progressed smoothly from start to finish.
